Dear Bloggers:
There I was, just minding my business, when Mom comes in with these new cat beds. They're very cute, with little paws in the center, and all fleecy and such. I tried one out, and it was fine. But I like my routines: same bed, same food, same window sill. Pepper (who has taken on the name "Bubbies!" for some reason; Mom and Bean are a bit...how shall we say..."off.") likes to knock things out of order, which I learned to never do around Mom, cause Mom is a bit anal and psycho about the order and neatness.
But me, I just want to go outside. Damn it! I got a cursing the last time Mom let me out and I stayed missing for 9 hours. Well? I'm a cat! I like to explore. And I have my hiding places. Oh yes, I do.
I like Bean's little wooden bench. It feels so good to scratch my claws on them..oh, shit! I don't have claws. Damn it again!
Well, at least I get to sleep a lot, and get picked up and hugged and rubbed a lot. Silly humans. They should know we are the masters!
I'm off for a busy day of napping, watching birds, and just generally walking around like I own the place.
Have a nice day, humans.
Sincerely,
Leia

SOOOO CUTE!!! I love it!!!
I find that often I prefer furry children to real ones!
haha
Hey Terre!
I'm with you there-no offence to my niece and nephew, but furry kids are a lot easier to deal with.
:)
Cats rock. Cat people rock awesomely too. Bubbies looks so intelligent. You know though that ultimately we are just the playthings of moggies, and seen as nothing more as a convenient human can opener on legs with the ability to just hit the right spot under the chin from time to time.

Hey Peej!
Actually, "Bubbies" is Pepper, Bean's cat, who is not pictured here. That's Leia pictured. And yes, she's a smart one. :)
