Wow, that's a lot of great shows! I enjoyed them all, in various ways. My favorite of them all? Tori Amos, 8/27/2003. It was my 30th birthday, and Tori just nailed it. She played everything I wanted to hear. Happy Birthday to me!
So many great highlights, though:
Being 2nd row for Tori
Being 10th row and then meeting her after, for Tori
Yelling my head off for Madonna's Blonde Ambition Tour
Being in the close rows for Oasis
Seeing the light show during 'Comfortably Numb' for Pink Floyd
Being close enough to see sweat on James Hetfield of Metallica
Seeing the brilliance that was Kurt Cobain
Seeing the sheer energy of The Red Hot Chili Peppers
The red shades that opened 'Where The Streets Have No Name' on The Joshua Tree Tour, my first concert ever
Hearing Radiohead play 'Creep'
Hearing Alanis sing 'That I Would Be Good'
Hearing Tori sing 'Crucify'
Hearing Fleetwood Mac harmonize
Hearing Sarah McLachlan sing 'Fear'
Hearing The Dixie Chicks re-write the Country Music rulebook
Dave Matthews at Scott Stadium, his home show
Here's hoping for more in the future.
People I'd love to see that I haven't?
Green Day
Garbage
The Rolling Stones
Snow Patrol
Depeche Mode
To name a few...
Thank God for music!!

I think I've got a sneaking suspicion that you like Tori Amos :)

Yeah, I guess 10 times looks like a lot...but that's nothing compared to the 100+ times some of these rabid torifans see her!!
;)
I should add - I've seen Depeche Mode, Garbage and Snow Patrol and I would heartily recommend 'em all, specially Garbage because Shirley Manson is just an absolutely filthy girl, a bit like Tori :)
