Resolutions:
(Lifestyle Changes)
1) By 8/27/08 (When I'll be 35), I'll weight 125 lbs.
2) No fast food, again, ever.
3) No red meat
4) No caffeine (Sadly, this means no more coffee or chocolate. But, I'd rather not have IBS and stomach aches.)
5) No sugar; natural sugar in fruit excluded
6) Limit bread, seriously
7) Minimum of 30 mins of aerobic exercise, 5 days per week
8) Must read for 30 mins every day
9) Must complete novels "Dark Run Lane" (in progress) and "Hotel" (in progress)
10) My only remaining collection is my SW collection, which I am limiting
I'd like to clear out a lot of debt this year.
I'd like to be healthy, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I love new beginnings!
I can't say I loved 2007. Not a good year. But, God has His plans. And He does Good even when we can't always see it. I hope I will remember to trust Him more.
Happy 2008, folks. You'll see more of me around these blogs, I hope.
