We're all Lost!

Hi All,
So here's my new theory on Lost: I'm saying it now so we'll all remember it when it is finally revealed. haha No, I'm sure this is not the true plot, becuase the estate of Agatha Christie would sue the producers of the show, but it would be killer if it was. I say they're taking a page from Agatha Christie's classic (and my favorite) suspense novel 'Ten Little Indians.' Someone planned for them all to end up on this island, and is killing them off one by one. And the one that planned it all is among them. He (or she) will fake death and will really be orchestrating the whole thing. And oh yeah, the reason for all of this is a psychological experiment. These people have to pay for their sins. I think that would be great! Like, in the end, Jack (the hero) is the one behind it. Or Locke (the thinker in the group, and the other leader). As many twists as they give us on this show, surely they'll give us the killer of all twists at the end.
But in the meantime, we continue to watch. I'll tell you what I will have a hard time watching now: American Idol. Chris! Gone! What in the name of all that is holy is WRONG with America?? Proof that we live in a nation of (mostly) people with poor taste. I could say much more about it, using much stronger words, but I won't, I'll keep it PG-13. Should we really be shocked, though? This is a country that cares more about AI than about the presidency anyway. And most of all we care about The Bottom Line. Grrr. I will miss Chris. Not only was he gorgeous, and a great singer, but he was a good guy. I guess I'll have to vote for the Hometown Boy, Elliott Yamin, now. He's from Richmond. So supporting him seems logical, though I can't say that I see much in his voice. It's alright. McPhee has a great voice but has really faltered lately. And Taylor...fun guy, but again, no great singer. As usual this thing comes down to a personality contest. And Bean and I always say: These kids have as much personality as a piece of pavement. Where are the Madonnas of the world? The person that went from $34 in the pocket to being The Queen of Pop? Where's THAT attitude? We miss it.
Mother's Day weekend is coming up. Kudos to the mothers out there. You've had the hardest job of all, and you deserve to be appreciated for it.

Have a great weekend!

If you know what is going to happen on Lost, then I think you are the only one. :) I bet the writers never saw past 3 episodes. The first 7 shows were fantastic. I think they've sold out to commercial tv to just keep a story going forever. Too many loose ends. (Ouch, suddenly I sound negative on my Lost show.) I'm holding out for great ending of the season anyway.

Where do you think the mystery tree-smashing monsters went that were rampant the first couple of episodes?

I don't actually have much of a clue what's going on on Lost! But it's fun to guess. Good point about the 'monster'.....they kind of forgot about it. That was what made it a scary show! Note to self: Write ABC and remind the writers of this.
